>> Neither plus affirmative verb similar Either plus negative verb.
>> Neither is preferred at the beginning of a sentence but no Either.
>> Neither can be used alone as a negative answer to a question.
EXP :
-Neither restaurants gives the good meals, Which did you prefer? Neither.
>>Neither : not one and not the other ( affirmative singular verb ).
EXP :
-Neither of them present good drink.
>>Either : any one of two.
EXP :
-did you prefer his two books? No, I did not prefer either ( of them ).
>>Both : one and the other ( plural verb ).
